In recent years, hydraulic components industrial of our country developed rapidly; however, there is a long distance between the same products in our country and overseas on capability and reliability. Thus the parameter automation and high-accuracy test analysis of the components in the process of designing and producing become very important course. Since the assistant system of the test error evaluation system aiming at the hydraulic computer aided test (CAT) is currently not perfect, the error research on hydraulic CAT system is a magnificent work.This thesis gives specific description of the test error in the hydraulic CAT system on the basis of studying on the comprehensive structure of the system and error theory; then it gives further study of the error structure and source in each component. Then the paper analyzes the main reason resulting in test error:Influences from the external disturbances, the self-accuracy test limit of those complements such as sensing devices etc. and the source fuel's temperature. According to those factors, this paper applies the following to reduce error:Firstly, it studies the hardware structure of data collection and the measures of system anti-jamming deeply, so as to ensure the basic testing accuracy.Secondly, the thesis presents an approach of improving the sensor error and the temperature drift, and it also develops a Sensor static Auto-calibration system based on MATLAB and VB hybrid programming technology, which increase the operational precision of the sensor by 30%, simplify the calibration process, and improve the calibration efficiency.Thirdly, with the calibrating methods for auto-test system facing practical application, it builds a system error model, gets the systematic error correction coefficient K, and the combined error of auto-test system which realized by using software has been corrected.Fourthly, according to the case study, it applies the research results to the engineering testing practice, and the test accuracy standard rises to B-grade in the test with the lowest actuating pressure of hydraulic cylinder.
