Mine dump'stability not only affects the enterprise production safety, but also determine the dump surrounding residents and relevant municipal infrastructure safety. According to dump site engineering geology and meteorological conditions, reasonable design of how to determine the heaping order, slope Angle and the height of dumping is the capacity to dump safety and the economic efficiency of enterprises. Therefore this paper with China Steel Group chifeng jiguanzui jinxin copper strip mountains for engineering background, dump engineering geological conditions, based on the dump condition of already heaping makeing optimization design content the dump'high of every step, slope Angle,the dumping altitude and so on. The main contents of the study are as follows:1. Summary dump damage type, pattern and factors theoretically Chifeng Jiguanshan Jinxin Copper-Molybdenum System mine open-air dump factor of slope stability and failure mechanism.2. According to the dump condition of already heaped making optimization security design about dumping 2# contents follow steps.â‘ According to the design specification combining dump foundation carrying capacity determine height of dump steps.â‘¡Makingdump slope angle optimization design determine the optimal size of the plates steps.â‘¢ombined with dump site and the site conditions when designing a reasonable heaping order.3. Application of elastic-plastic three-dimensional numerical simulation method to dump on numerical simulation, according to the change of tall find dump stress field and displacem-ent field and the plastic area, thus evolution rules for the analysis of process dump damage mechanism of providing theoretical basis4. Based on research of the destruction features, from base capacity, numerical simulati-on and sliding stability analysis theory and dump such integration technology comprehensi-ve research method of slope stability. And thus increase the dilated mountain 2 # dump vol-ume 1837 million, thus reducing the dump area, improve the economic benefit and for the safe production in mines provides technical support and security.
