Vector Control as an advanced control strategy in the electrical unified theory and mechanical energy conversion and coordinate transformation of the theory developed on the basis of ,with an advanced nature, innovative and practical features. Vector control is the idea of the model through asynchronous motor coordinate transformation, to make it a DC motor model, stator current vector for the decomposition of the rotor magnetic field orientation of the two DC component and are under control, thus realizing the flux and torque Decoupling control to meet the DC motor results. Frequency conversion with field-oriented vector control strategy has been successfully applied to rolling mill, einch and other fields.This paper analyzes the characteristics of frequency control thchnology, the status quo and development trend of domestic and froeign, detailing the ideas of voltage space vector control, principles and control strategy. And based on the basic theory of vector control, we research the control structure of CUVC vector control system in 6SE70 inverter. According to different control system we use the speed sensorless vector control system and the speed sensorless vector control system to control them. In the paper we give a dtailed description of the design of all aspects in different control system, and discuss the flux, flux linkage phase deviation compensation and other issues.In the end, for its application in oil drilling and the emergence of the new problems, we make Siemens 6SE70 inverter CUVC(vector control) control units as the research object, and make a theoretical analysis for the principle of vector control thchnology. According to the specific circumstances of 70DB drilling rig, we design and calculate the flux regulator, torque current regulator and speed regulator and other major parameters in the inverter. Through the dection on flux-current and ouput voltage waveform dection to make systems debugging, and study the dynamics of the systems and stability of operation to acheieve satisfactory results.
