This paper study the anti-corrosion concrete suited to salty soil areas and anti-corrosion mechanism in according with the severe characteristics of corrosion in salty soil areas in our country through the massive experiment in laboratory and the entity engineering test analysis whose project background based on the construction of bridge surveying in salty soil areas.By means of mechanism analysis about concrete corrosion in salty soil areas and discussion about the method of anti-corrosion, FD-1 composite functional admixture was manufactured, based on orthogonal experimental approach, which has more property and orientation construction in salty soil areas. And anti-corrosion concrete mixed with NF-1 and fly ash has been manufactured based on the FD-1.At same time, influence on the durability of anti-corrosion concrete such as anti-sulfate corrosion, chloride penetration, freezing-thaw, etc is studied. The harmony among workability, strength and durability are optimized, with the ground of adjusting composition and dosage of NF-1. Experiments in aboratory indicated anti-corrosion concrete mixed with NF-1 and fly ash has the good operating performance, strength and the better anti-corrosion ability, which is one kind concrete suited to the durability request of concrete in salty soil areas.Through studying SEM microstructure of concrete found that the anti-corrosion concrete has the perfect microstructure compared to the basic concrete, which can explain anti-corrosive performance of the anti-corrosion concrete from the point of microscopic angle.By the in-site tests on drainage work in typical location of supported construction, this paper studies processes such as concrete construction craft, quality control etc, which provide the technical guidance for the anti-corrosion concrete construction...
