Military light-duty cross-county wagon is very important in modern war. It can not only ensure the supply of military equipment, but also can be equipped with cannon, radar directly in war. So its performance determines its transport capacity and its own viability. The quality of the new type military light-duty cross-county wagon has been developing continuously, and their properties are improved. However, they can not meet the demand of cross-county wagon. So developing new excellent cross-county wagon is of great urgency. In order to improve the mobility of light-duty cross-county wagon, the research works are as follows according to the acceleration:1. The development of domestic and foreign military light-duty cross-county wagon is introduced in this article. Then, analysis goes to its overall development trend. On the field of vehicles currently widely used mechanical, hydrodynamic, hydrostatic and electric transmissions conducted a detailed analysis. According to the development trend of wagon, the author gets the conclusion that hydrostatic transmission will be the development direction in the future.2. Through overall contrastive analysis about hydrostatic transmission and other transmission based on wagon's whole performance demand, the plan of 4 independently symmetric -driving wheels and closing hydrostatic drive are determined to use. The schematic circuit of high-speed hydrostatic drived wagon is designed after analysis of charcteristics of pump and motor, rational choice of controlling way and model by breaking the traditional conception that the hydrostatic transmission vehicle can not be achieved high-speed.3. On the basis of shift gears regulations of accelerated process of the mechanical or hydrodynamic transmission vehicle, considering the engine in the constant power and virable power operating conditions, then setting the controlled models of the pump and use sub-sampling method. From quantitatively calculation of accelerated process of the hydrostatic transmission wagon; discovers that accelerated performance is better than the Dongfeng "Mengshi" wagon whose transmission pattern is hydrodynamic, and the maximum spe"ed as power installed capacity of the areas have greater advantage. 4. Use of AMESim software to hydrostatic transmission cross-county phase of accelerated process of calculating the modellong and simulation The simulation result is very close to that of the acceleration calculation. Final result not only shows the accuracy of the calculation, but also the advantage of hydrostatic transmission in acceleration performance compared to other transmission methods.5. The acceleration of hydrostatic transmission cross-county wagon is researched through experiment; the accuracy of the calculation is proved.
