Abstract/Summary:
The structural optimization design for twin-block ballastless is researched and analysesed in this paper. It's designed of twin-block ballastless on subgrade, bridge, tunnel and transition section. These offer important reference to design.First of all, this paper gives the general principle and technological innovation route on the base of system analysis and summary of structure about twin-block ballastless. .Secondly, The emphasis of this paper is optimization analysis and structure design for twin-block sleeper and TCL (Track Concrete Layer) and support layer which are main structure of twin-block ballastless.Thirdly, combined with the design of twin-block sleeper and TCL and support layer, this paper expounds the whole design of twin-block ballastless on subgrade on the base of the analysis of the structure size of TCL and support layer, and on bridge on the base of the structure size of TCL and the comparison of different schemes between ballastless and bridge, between spacing boss and spacing flute, and on tunnel on the base of the structure size of TCL.Finally, this paper carries on the study and design for transition section of bi-block ballastless track and separate design of transition section between ballastless and ballast track, and between ballastless track in turnout and section. At last, several specific transition schemes are given out.
