Hydraulic Static Pile Pressing-in Driver is one type of arisen basic construction equipments. It gains broad applications because of the prominent capability and advantage. But with the deep applying, there are some problems. A common problem is that orienting the tip of pile by manually is time-consuming and strenuous, besides, the precision is not easy to ensure. So how to improve the work efficiency to a great extent on the base of improving the construction quality is the important technique problem waiting for solving. This paper aims to get requestes which should be moving fast as well as orienting exactly, based on the researching about the dynamic characteristic, raise the automatic orienting program and control method of the tip of pile, and design the automatic orienting system controlled by electrohydraulic reversing valve and proportional directional valve based on Programmable Logic Controller.Firstly, study the point movement characteristic of hydraulic static pile driver, determine the location pile pressure machine at the program and authenticate the rationality and feasibility by MATLAB simulation.Secondly, according to the working environment requirement, design the hydraulic control system which controlled by electro-hydraulic valve and a small path direction valve based on PLC, establish mathematical models of hydraulic system, analysis the nonlinearity features of proportional valve dead flow and electro-hydraulic valve switch, research and simulation analysis the parallel control of electro-hydraulic system, determine the proportion valve PI control strategy and electro-hydraulic valve switch control strategy. Then, discuss the influence for different parameters by simulating and optimize the system parameters by comparing the data;Finally, the design of the PLC controller and program, and the installation debugging of the system have been finished. The results show that the system is able to meet the requests of that machine move fast and locate pile point with high precision.
