With the rapid development of numeric control technique (CNC) regarding cutting machines, more and more machinery equipment will be able to perform high cutting speed combined with high accuracy, high efficiency and high intelligence. Inner installed motor spindles have become one of the most suitable and functional parts for the Computer Numerical Control machines with the above mentioned high performances. No matter if domestic or abroad, motor spindles have become the only structure form which reaches high movement speed combined with high accuracy. Due to this fact they are widely used especially if the inner structure is the key point.The paper expatiates some the key problems about making high-power Motorized Spindle: the general construction of Motorized Spindle; Magnitude of Interference calculation on interference fit connection of Motorized Spindle; confirm the lubrication and refrigeration ways of Motorized Spindle; axletree selection of Motorized Spindle; the requirement of Motorized Spindle dynamic balance and so on.According to the theory of this paper, our company has already successfully developed high-power Motorized Spindle products. These products work very well in the practice and all the index and performance are up to design requirements.
