With the development of the driven technology recently, Multi-motor synchronized control has been applied in all sorts of fields widely. To improve the driven system's capability in dynamic and steady, and satisfy some given systems which have the precisely desire for multi-motor synchronized control, the research on multi-motor synchronized control has become more and more important. It is a combination of electric driven, network communication, automatic control and mechanism technology. Multi-motor synchronized control is characterized by high precision, wide transmission ratio, predigested structure and flexibility and has extensive application .The development, automatic control and application of multi-motor synchronized control will be discussed comprehensively in this dissertation, especially the synchronized strategy. It includes such contents as follows:Firstly, the gravure press was taken as the research object, and the field bus technology was applied to design the automatic register synchronized system. Meanwhile, the system's hardware equipment and network configuration have been illustrated. In this paper, the introduction of servo technology, and the servo system for mathematical modeling.Secondly, the automatic register synchronized system is taken as the research platform, and the multi-motor synchronized control strategy will be researched and improved. In this paper, the master-slave mode multi-motor synchronized strategy is analyzed. According to the speed synchronized problem of the master-slave mode synchronized system, a solution based on speed difference compensation has been proposed .To overcome the deficiency of conventional PID control, the PID control was combined with Fuzzy control organically, and the compensator based on Fuzzy PID control was designed. Taking four motors for example, simulation results indicate that the improved PID mentioned above are better than traditional one and this approach satisfies the request of simulator and has good robustness. According with the coupling problems of the multi-motor synchronized system, a synchronized control method called adjacent coupled synchronized mode which would be provided as the multi-motor synchronized control's new design thinking was put forward, and it will be a good reference of the practical value for the future development.
