Distribution transformers are electrical devices which influence power supply quality to customers.So it is an key task of distribution automation to monitor distribution transformers realtimely and effectively.Aiming at the current situation that the large quantity,the dispersive position and the insufficient reactive-power compensation of distribution transformers,a intelligent monitoring equipment based on GPRS(General Packet Radio Service) and low-voltage dynamic reactive power compensation technology,is researched.Firstly,a analysis is done on the current operation states of distribution transformers in NanNing City and the economic operation estimated standard of distribution transformers,based on which the general design scheme of the intelligent monitoring equipment and the hardware and software overall frameworks of the key equipment monitoring terminal are proposed,and a detailed description on GPRS communication between the intelligent monitoring equipment and the master station of management is presented.Secondly,the principle of parallel capacity reactive compensation and the selection of compensation modes are introduced,based on which the strategies of reactive compensation including the design of a reactive power compensation controller,the capacitance calculation,the intelligent control algorithms of mixed compensation.Then a feasibility analysis is done on harmonic amplification and the large surge-current in the solution to low-voltage reactive-power compensation with series reactors and intelligent compound switches.Subsequently,it introduces the hardware and software design of the monitor terminal of distribution transformers based on ARM7 andμC/OS-Ⅱ.It also presents the selection of the ARM microprocessor and operating system combined with the demand of the subject and the design of the terminal hardware system based on the MCU and periphery chips.It implements the transplantation ofμC/OS-Ⅱon LPC2294 and compiles the API interface function and the buttom hardware driver program based onμC/OS-Ⅱ.It solves the real-time performance in task processing by using multitask based on dispatching priority。At the last,it gives a detailed description on the intelligent monitoring equipment test of the hardware and software,and the application in GuangXi province.The results show that the intelligent monitoring and controlling equipment realized in the object runs stably and reliably and achieve the desired results and design requirements.It is conducive to the security and economical to distribution transformers.Meanwhile,it is of great significance amending power consumption management and improving power supply quality. |
