In recent years, the urban underground space construction induced the surrounding land subsidence, the road collapse, rupture of underground pipelines, bridges cracks in buildings, such as serious accidents often happen. The resulting traffic congestion, loss of life and property as well as the profound bad social impact are great. Therefore, analyze the typical project example in a timely manner to control the environmental impact induced by the underground space, summarize and research supporting technology to suit the region and projects have a certain practical significance.The paper, relying on "Eleventh Five-Year" national support projects subject, in view of Beijing hospital ward synthesis building foundation pit and the underground garage project, done the following several aspect of study:(1) In light of a Beijing hospital ward underground space construction projects, According to foundation deformation pattern, deformation speed of every construction section and test points relevance respectively, forecasts the test point distortion course curve of this project under the reasonable construction.(2) Applicating numerical analysis software FLAC3D carries on the numerical simulation to this specific project, Analyze monitoring point's deformation curve of the outpatient service hospital ward building and continuous wall, and carries on the contrast with the forecasting curve, At last, obtains the related parameter of simulating pit excavation under this formation condition.(3) Carry on the numerical simulation on hospital ward synthesis building underground garage project which uses the pile-strut bracing structure, forecast the subsidence change course of the outpatient hospital ward building and surface subsidence course curve, supplies the project construction reference. This article based on the basis specific project, proposed supports applied technology suit for this local city underground space engineering construction; make a new type urban underground space design, construction, use and operation, such as match with the development of a harmonious society.
