When train is driven at high speed, its outside surface's air pressure will affect along with train speed and running environment. Especially run in train crossing and tunnel, high speed train surface's instantaneous pressure wave amplitude will change in comparatively large scope. Exhaust resistance in carriages in front of train raises under external positive pressure, Inlet resistance of air blower rear end of train augments under external sub-pressure. Waves of external air pressure affects indoor through possible gaps in body and outlet -inlet draught of air conditioning system. If variable quantity and transition rate in indoor air pressure surpasses a certain value, irritating travelers' eardrum, affecting travelers' riding comfort.To aim at this problem, using aerodynamics, the article analyzes how air pressure wave in high speed train affects travelers' comfort theory, introducing the way to solve pressure effect in home and abroad, proposing a new solution. Finally proving the new solution can solve pressure effect well through experiments.To decrease effect of pressure fluctuate in running process of high speed train, guarantee travelers' comfort , adopting strict manufacturing technique of air seal in the production process of carriages. Besides, installing system of pressure detecting and control (short for pressure monitor). Whether pressure monitor can satisfy applicable requirement in the production process. To aim at this question, designing and manufacturing test bed of pressure monitor, imitating work condition of high speed train's actual run, testing the performance of pressure monitor, thereby, judging if the pressure monitor is qualified.Because at present our country is striving to develop high speed train, So it's very important to decrease influence of pressure effect for high speed train.
