With the global energy issues have become increasingly prominent, and coal as one of China's important energy resources, their production has also continued development and expansion needs. Underground mining will cause the surface subsidence of the earth and environment resources damage as well. Along with the expansion of mine construction and mining subsidence, for large subsidence area, unequal surface distortion, inevitably caused damage to the upper part of the building. The traditional left the building of protect coal-based alone, remote removal mining and building reinforcement and to take measures to achieve the maintenance building Under the pressure of coal mining, not only a waste of resources, the relocation is very difficult, high-cost, maintenance workload reinforcement, and will involve many social problems. After the technical and economic comparison, the building must be taken special protective measures. Anti-deformation of the building design has been a considerable amount of research at home and abroad. the paper concluded on the basis of previous research results, mainly discusses that large-scale chemical plant equipment and masonry structure of the building in subsidence enhance the ability of deformation. chemical plant is also been taken a plant layout.(1) This article discusses the impact of the building structure and equipment which caused by mobile surface deformation of different types in the mining area, analysis and aggregates the causes about for all kinds of cracks of subsidence area building (structure) to build.Focus on the anti-distortion of building (structure) of construction and large-scale equipment measures. Deformation resistance in the design follows the design principles of flexible and rigid design principles; Focus on measures introduces in the upper part of the reinforcement and structural adjustment, ground handling, foundation and the basis of the coordination work, and so on.(3) In this paper, "Building pile technical specifications" design pile foundation, also used ANSYS to simulate the foundation of the force, deformation, come to that the uniform and uneven deformation when a load outside large equipment,calculate the depth of impact load.(4) Take specific geological mining conditions in three, five mining places of beixu mining area as the background, the use of " subsystem of subsidence and expectation" is expected to surface deformation, the subsidence area grading of the surface deformation, the combination of large-scale methanol plant equipment requirements of deformation, the chemical plant is been taken a plant layout.
