The Safety Logic Control Circuit Fuze System is optimized. The System is adopted a universal kind of Fuze Design of Double-Microprocessor universal Design. The system is based on the standards of fuze safety design. The system can analyze some kinds of signals on trajectory, and utilize corresponding sensors to collect these signals. The system seeks for some algorithms of environment information identify which can be performed on hardware. The system adopts the priority controller of CPLD and safety controller of ARM separately to make double-circumstance insurance come true.The System is based on Micro-rotating mortar projectile. The system Chooses the accelerate signal of recoil force and the geomagnetic signal of muzzle as arming the two signals of circumstance. In order to improve safety the state is controlled by two microprocessors. The PCB design of the fuze system places voltage components and filters dividedly. The system places these components on the way of signal, makes crystal oscillator and the components which can bring disturb. Then the system analyses environment signal information and electromagnetic compatibility to improve the quality of PCB. Finally the PCB can be optimized. The area of PCB is optimized from 32cm~2 to 23.4cm~2, and width from 40mm to 30mm. Then the PCB can be applied into smaller mortar projectile.The algorithm program of the system is the double-threshold, sequence, timing, the number of impulse counting, which is identified the accelerate signal of recoil force. Using the algorithm program of level jump, the system can also identify the geomagnetic signal of muzzle. The design uses the configuration of Process and if which can use less inner hardware recourse. The microprocessor describes the program of CPLD. Then the system can Chose EPM7064 instead EPM7128. Based on the security and feasibility, the system can decrease the resource and area. With the assistants of ARM7, the system is compatible with CPLD, and using UART to communicate with PC, thus digital filtering and so on.Finally, in order to improve the security, feasibility, reliability of Fuze System, Carrying out feasibility analysis and reliability experiment is necessary.
