The multi-function water-source heat pump and air-conditioning is an energy efficient system.which is organically combined of refrigeration, heating and heating water system, which is considered as one of the most the development potential energy-saving system in the future.In this paper, we establish a simulated mathematical model repectively in accordance with the scroll compressor, condenser, evaporator, expansion valve, refrigerant parameters, water parameters simulation mathematical models of a multi-function water-source heat pump and air-conditioning system.These models are then intrinsically assembled into a complete simulated mathematical model of the multi-function water-source heat pump and air-conditioning by using the laws of energy conservation and quality conservation as well.In the summer cooling and heat recovery mode, matlab / simulink simulation software was used to build simulation model of multi-functional heat pump and air-conditioning system. The steady-state simulation of in the process of heating the water is established. In the process of heating water, an analysis has been made of performance parameters changes of the system, and finally according to the above simulation results, by changing the inlet water temperature of the water side heat exchanger, an analysis of system performance parameters change has been obtained. Methods and results can be addressed to the multi-function heat pump research and reference design and provide theoretical basis for optimal design of the system and development of equipment.
