Servo system is widely applied in industrial control,military and aerospace.In recent years, with the rapid development of power electronics technology,microprocessors,permanent magnetic material and modern control theory,AC servo system is as well as DC servo system, and in some respects,AC servo system has some advantage that DC servo does not have. Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM) has a simple structure,high efficiency,high power factor,high output torque,etc.Therefore the vector control system of PMSM can achieve a position control with high precision and high dynamic performance,a speed control with wide range,so many scholars from home and foreign country pay more attention to the system.Based on the demand of program and practical application,this paper designs a vector control system of PMSM with TMS320F2812,describes the hardware of the control system, researches the performance of the system by experiment.The structure of the paper and the main contents are as follows:In the first chapter,the history of the servo system,the research condition of AC servo system at home and abroad,the latest research trend of AC servo system,and the basic structure of AC servo system is described.In the second chapter,the conventional mathematic model——the mathematic model in a 2-phase(d,q) system is described in the first,and then the principle of vector control system of PMSM is expatiated,we proposed a strategy called Field Oriented Control.A new Pulse Width Modulation(PWM) algorithm with high efficiency called SVPWM is introduced in the third chapter,this algorithm has a high utilization of bus voltage,wide linear modulation range,good real-time control,and is facilitate to realize in digital system.An emulation model of vector control system of PMSM is set up by matlab/simulink in chapter 4.The characteristic of no-load start-up,reversion and loading torque are analyzed in this chapter.An AC servo system of PMSM is built up with a Digital Signal Processor TMS320F2812 of TI corporation and a Power Switch Device PM50RSA120 of Mitsubishi in the 5 chapter.I analyze the detection of stator position firstly,propose a Field Oriented Control for incremental encoder and make an experiment,then design the PI regulator of current and speed respectively,and make an experiment of no-loaded and loading torque,the result presents that the system have a faster dynamic response.
