The paper mainly describes the optimization design and realization of a project for a low-voltage electrical plant, named universal air circuit breaker. During researching and developing the project, the author makes full use of advanced microcontroller technology, programmable logic technology and fieldbus technology, which enable low-voltage air circuit breaker well satisfy the performances which are required, such as the precision, reliability, intelligentization, integration, multi-function and man-machine conversation and so on.Firstly, The paper summarizes the practical significance, the research status and development trend of the low-voltage air circuit breaker, and expresses the characteristic for this subject based on the original controller. Secondly, according to the enterprise's demands, the paper discusses the general design for low-voltage air circuit breaker, completes the hardware and software design of intelligent controller for low-voltage air circuit breaker, researches the anti-jamming and practical application's problem detailedly. Finally, under laboratory conditions, the author utilizing the designed hardware and software tools, debugs intelligent controller, and dicusses the problems in debugging.The paper emphasizes that it researches the protective algorithm, monitor system which is based on MODBUS and PROFIBUS-DP fieldbus, and maintenance system which is based on USB interface for the intelligent controller. Under laboratory conditions, the author debugs the whole system, and achieves functions for the intelligent controller finally that is measurement, protection, Man-machine operation, monitor and maintenance and so on. |
