In this paper, computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method of Force Optimized Recoil Control (FORC) the principle of a buffer device to analyze dynamic characteristics of the study. With the continuous improvement of the automatic machine's firing rate, cannon anti-recoil devices can not only greatly reduce the cannon firing at the time in force, but also changes in the firing rate steady work, to carry out anti-recoil device for firing rate adaptive research on the structural design of the buffer device may provide a basis and reference. This article from the anti-recoil devices of different speed when shooting under the starting point of the stability study, focusing on the work completed the following. (1) Analysis of buffer device at the time of the normal work force, the establishment of differential equation, and the use of Fluent software function reserve interface, the preparation of UDF function as a buffer device differential equation numerical simulation of boundary conditions, using numerical simulation method for solving differential equations. (2) Numerical simulation of the buffer device to the internal flow field ,analysis of the buffer device working principle. (3) At the same time, the buffer device speed is not the work of analysis, focusing on an analysis of cannon recoil displacement, velocity in different changes of firing rate at the time. (4) Poor control valve is installed in the core of the buffer components, analysis of structural changes in differential control valve device to buffer the impact of the work. (5) Analysis of the buffer storage device in a different work of the early pressure.
