The Juhua Group thermal power plant is a heat-and-electricity supply enterprise, to offer heat and power to the Juhua Group Corporation and Quzhou High-tech Industrial Zone. In recent years, the demands for heat and electricity increases rapidly with the fast expand of the Juhua Group Corporation and the increasing enterprises in Quzhou High-tech Industrial Zone. Moreover, the Juhua thermal power plant has two 25MW units to be closed down for the policy of withdrawing of small-scale thermal power plants. In the facing of reality, the Juhua Group Corporation integrates the advantages of the company, and proposes the project of thermoelectricity resources comprehensive utilization.This paper mainly studies the designs for electricity access system and the power plant electricity part in the project of thermoelectricity resources comprehensive utilization. Furthermore, seeks the optimization by analyzing with each design, provides the basis for the project implementation.The paper consists of four parts:The first part mainly introduces thermal power plant's brief product process and the way to enhance the energy utilization, as well as the research subject origin.The second part introduces the realization of the Juhua Group Corporation heat and power utilization, and the necessity and the advantage of making the technical innovation, proposes the concrete project idea.The third part makes compare to each electrical access system design from feasibility, reliability, the movement flexibility, the construction conveniences and the efficiency. And makes stable computation based on adaptable alternatives, to decide the most optimal for meet system stability.The fourth part makes computation of impedance conversion and the short-circuit current according to the decision, provides the basis for the electrical equipment selection, carries on the preliminary design according to the design standard's request of power plant.Finally, the paper makes a conclusion for the entire research, and forecasts the Juhua's development. The study concluded that: the plan of access system is feasible and the best under the current conditions, chosen by the electrical design of the electrical equipment to meet the actual needs, It is reasonable of layout of the scene, after the implementation of the project to meet the Juhua Group Corporation and Quzhou High-tech Industrial Zone of electricity and heat requirements.
