Steel fibre reinforced concrete, as a kind of new reinforcer, not only enhances the strength, but also improves mechanical performance and viability of concrete. It's a part of Shandong province education fund item (J05N01) to test the dynamical behavior of eroded partial steel fibre reinforced concrete beams. In this research expatiated, twelve beams were made and the fatigue performance of eroded beams under alternate load were analysed. Based on the experiment, it analyses the law of corrosion speed, carrying capacity, cracking resistance, ductility, and energy dissipation capacity of partial steel fibre reinforced concrete beams with different thickness of SFRC, different volume percentage and different corrosion time. The main contents are as follows:1,The development course, the present reseach situation, the enganced theory of steel fibre(the theory of multiple mechanics and the theory of fibre space between) and the strength principle during pulling out a single steel fibre are particularly expounded. The main research contents and research methods are introduced.2,Based on the corrosion research of the beams, this paper introduces the testing principle and criterion of the voltage method of half cell potential with analysing the corrosion state of steel fibre reinforced concrete beams, to which the influence of steel fibre are studied after it's using in measuring the corrosion speed of steel fibre reinforced concrete beams.3,The development of the cracks in the whole loading course are described and contrasted. The width of the biggest crack and the space between main crack in steel fibre reinforced concrete beams are calculated according to the present criterion of China and contrasted with the real value. The crack width of layered SFRC beams is less than 0.05mm under common load level what is important to the enduring of sturcture. The effect of the thickness of steel fibre reinforced concrete, the volume traction of steel fibre, the corrosion time on the appearance and the development of the cracks, the width of the biggest crack in steel fibre reinforced concretebeams, the space between main crack, the beams' load-deflection curves and the sectional deformance character under comparatively weighty repeated load are discussed.4,The effect of the thickness of steel fibre reinforced concrete, the volume traction of steel fibre, the corrosion time on the cracking moment, limiting moment, cracking resistance, ductility index and energy dissipation capacity of the partial steel fibre reinforced concrete beams. The relation between the cracking moment, limiting moment, cracking resistance, ductility index, energy dissipation capacity of the partial steel fibre reinforced concrete beams and pur factor are educed after the analysis and contrasting the calculation according to the present critertion of China with the real value.5,The effect of SFRC to the validity of anti-erosion, concrete's enduring and impactful mixing method were discussed. It approved the importance necessity and feasibility of adopting SFRC in corrosive surroundings. The economical quality and the interrelated problems during SFRC's development were investigated.
