Induction motor not only can achieve great power, but also the structure is very strong because of the unique features of unilateral exciting and solid rotor, so welcomed by industry. This paper describes induction motor move, control and optimization from a new perspective, some conclusion of which is broad and can be applied to other motor.The premise of induction motor move is the spatial distribution of magnetic force, the paper unifies the steady and dynamic move of induction motor with space vector described space, carries out a detailed analysis and studies.This paper calculates time optimization of simply load and motor output not limited in the determining distance, concludes that the match of acceleration and deceleration play a important role in time optimization; derives induction motor space vector equations based on the iron consumption, calculates the flux equation of the loss optimization with the torque and speed of induction motor output; transforms the scalar slip frequency control system and direct torque control system with time and loss optimization.Inspired by induction motor magnetic saturation, put forward the induction motor limit problem, optimization design can be calculated from the freedom variable and restriction equations of induction motor; From the differences between control and un-control of induction motor move, put forward the adaptive sets of induction motor, conclude that the essence of induction motor movement optimization control is to seek the desired movement from that adaptive sets.Induction motor is applied broad in modern high-speed electric vehicle, the locomotive in China ongoing introduction plan also uses the induction motor; train time and efficient optimization is directly related to the train resistance force, if the train resistance force can not be reduced, we must set reasonable speed to optimize efficiency, but in order to fundamentally reduce loss, it is necessary to analyze run loss of induction motor and the train resistance; the run of locomotive with different number car is needed in practice, the paper analyzes impact on locomotive from different number car, provides some help for the kind of locomotive design.Finally, simulate the direct torque control system with loss optimization using MATLAB, prove that its stability is not affected; illustrate simply the general hardware of induction motor, put forward its development trend.
