As one of most common structure types, the seismic performance of continuous beam bridge has vital significance to study. The Kua Qian Hai Shui Dao Bridge(KQHSDB) is a continuous bridge, which lies in high earthquake intensity zone of Gangzhou to Hongkong dedicated passenger line. The span of the bridge is (40.75+80+40.75) m. Site soil of LYSB is soft soil; site classification is III; seismic fortification intensity is 7 degree. Structural dynamic characteristics and the seismic behaviors of the bridge were studied. Main research work is as follows:1,According to the structure characteristics of KQHSDB, simulation of transversal girder, the bearings and the effect of pile-soil-structure interaction were studied. The Space finite element model of the bridge was established. Structural dynamic characteristics were studied.2,Using the standard seismic response spectrum, the seismic responses of the bridge to response spectrum analysis were studied. The internal forces, stresses and displacements of structural crucial sections under common earthquake, design earthquake and rare earthquake were studied. Besides, seismic behaviors of the bridge were evaluated. The research results show that the displacement and strength of the main beam and pier satisfies the demands and the support reaction forces are all less than its allowable bearing capacity and satisfies normal serviceability requirements.3,Using Taft-69°seismic wave, the seismic responses of the bridge to time history analysis were studied. The internal forces, stresses and displacements of the structural crucial sections under common earthquake, design earthquake and rare earthquakes were studied. Besides, seismic safety and ductility of the bridge were evaluated. The research results show that seismic behavior of the main beam and pier satisfies the demands and the support reaction forces under the design earthquake and rare earthquake go beyond its allowable bearing capacity. It should be paid more attention.4,The results of response spectrum analysis and time history analysis were researched comparatively. The research results show that it is different between two results ,response spectrum method can be used as a estimation method and time history analysis method can be used as a check computations method.The achievements of this paper can serve design of this bridge and provide references for other similar structures. |
