| Switched reluctance machine (SRM) is a new structure of electromotor. Combining this new structure with the modem power electronics technique and modern control technique, switched reluctance drive (SRD) has the both advantages that asynchronous motor frequency conversion drive and direct current motor drive have, and has been one of the pop issues of the development of modern electric drive. It attracts more and more attention and shows competition in commercial application.The paper has introduced the foreground, basic structure and characteristic of SRD. The characteristic and operation principle of switched reluctance motor are analyzed in detail. Take a three phases 12/8 poles SRM as the object, the mathematical model of switched reluctance motor is built. According to the variation of its inductance, winding current and torque at different stage, a system design has made. Two-closed-loop scheme includes a current loop(inner loop) and a speed loop(outer loop). The speed loop uses the Fuzzy-PI control arithmetic and classic regulating mode was applied to the Current loop. And the following combinational control method is used: varying angle control and voltage chopping on high-speed; fixed angle current chopping control on low-speed.The controller is designed by using the ATmega128 as the main control unit, and it has the function of over-current, over-voltage and under-voltage protections. IGBT is used as the main switch-component that drive circuit is improved EXB841, which make the driver simple and flexible. Modular programming can increase readability and tractability. Experiments and emulator show that, the system design is rational, the control method and control strategy are correct and effective. The system runs stable and reliable, and meets the requirement. |
