Hydraulic products are developing toward high pressure, high speed, high power, high efficiency, low noise and high integration. Meanwhile, aircraft control systems are highly integrated as well. Considering key projects in Nanjing Engineering of Aircraft Systems, currently the following three bottlenecks have been eliminated using the methods described in this article, namely, how to remove the burrs at the cross area in pinholes and inner bore with relatively larger length-diameter ratio, how to remove the burrs at the changeover area of inner bore oil groove and the inner bore with relatively larger length-diameter ratio, and how to remove the burrs at the cross area of deep pinholes in complex housing parts.Brush deburring method is able to solve the deburring and polishing problem occurred in the changeover area of the inner bore oil groove and the inner bores that have comparatively larger length-diameter ratio, meanwhile, it is featured by easy to use, high efficiency and low cost.Abrasive flow deburring method can remove the burrs at the cross area of pinholes and inner bores that have comparatively larger length-diameter ratio. This deburring method can be summarized and then spread out in different fields. This kind of abrasive flow deburring technology can be widely used for deburring, chamfering, polishing and recasting case removal of hydraulic products and airborne parts. Therefore, it has extensive application prospects.Electrochemical deburring approach is able to remove the burrs at the cross area of deep pinholes in complex housings. This kind of process enjoys outstanding effect. It fully meets design and technological requirements, which fills in the blank of Chinese engineering process, and provides an effective shortcut to remove the burrs on complex parts, and improves the machining quality of complex housings.This article introduces the applications of the common mechanical deburring technologies and the abrasive belt finisher deburring technologies, and proposes deburring technology trend of hydraulic products, which provides favorable assistance to the future research of deburring process.
