This paper's research is based on the digital wavefront interferometer. First, this paper introduces the platform for experiment, the principle of the process, the common phase shifting method and PSI software. Then, test a variety of interferential image processing algorithms of removing random noise and enhancing the border shape of the image's fringes in application by analyzing the characteristics of image's random noise. On the basis of phase shifting interferometry (PSI), this paper focuses on the phase modulation algorithms applied for the interferential image, through a large number of tests comparing phase modulation algorithms, and prepared the test software for practice, which based on the similarity computation. The software is developed under the environment of Windows operation system. Finally, this paper confirms the new algorithm flow through the massive experiments proved that the new algorithm has the distinct improvement in the precision and the real-time processing.This paper also laid a good foundation for the smart, embedded, digital interferometer's seismic. The studies is the beneficial practice for the accurate effective wavefront retrieving algorithm, which is used for the interferometer's earthquake resistance ,and through the computer's simulation experiment, the results provided the reliable basis for the later research in the smart embedded interferometer's earthquake resistance.
