| Along with the capability improving of the airplane and engine, the control request for the engine's tail spout is becoming complex: from the simple control of the convergent spout to the complex control of the throat area and diffusing area. The high pressure fuel pump--H××(made in Russia) is part of the control system of the engine. It provides energy sources for adjusting system of the engine's tail spout. Its rating working pressure is 22.5MPa. It is different from the common fuel pump of the providing system and it has the outer control system. It is a kind of typical slantwise-disk, variable, inner-bearing piston pump. This pump is used for our country's leading fighter plane series—×××So it is very important to master the repairing technology of the pump and made by our own country to improve the equipment level of the army. It is also helpful for our country's politics and economy.This paper mainly contains four parts: the design method and technical prearrangement for the high pressure fuel pump; the main structure dimensions design research of the pump; the pivotal technique research and experimentation validation of the pump. It emphasizes the research and design of the pump.Based on the information of heavy repair and experiment, the author does a heavy repair for the pump. Then the author maps a sample, combines the exposed main problems during the experiments, utilizes the advanced technical, uses the "reverse engineering project" method to scheme out a new high pressure fuel pump. This new pump's use time and capability is higher than the old one. After contrasting experiments, the results indicate that the research arrive at the prospective aim. |
