Substation is an important part of power system which plays a decisive role in electrical energy transmission, electrical energy re-distribution,security and economy running.This paper centers on the design of 110KV dropping substation in Yufeng cement plant.It analyzes power supply reliability of mian connection,control policy in voltage and reactive power and reliability of integrated automation system and so on.It gives four typital electrical main connection designs in this substation.By Delphi method,it analyzes the flexibility of typital main connections; by minimal path set method,it gives their engineering block diagrams,analyzes and calculates the different realibility including failure frequency and rate etc.From the results of above,it gets optimized firstly main connection design.Apart from those,in order to guarantee system's long time run steadily,it make an optimization design for firstly main connection.Based on control policy in voltage and reactive power,it analyzes the features of various of control policy,introduces the principle of reactive power compensation equipment,then gives the control policy in this substation.In connection with the realibility of intergrated automation sustem,it firstly discusses the source of undesired signal,comes up with the anti-jamming measure in harsware and software.At the same time,the self-check technology is expounded.As far as old substation is concerned,there are some shortcomings,such as low security and reliability.this paper adopts advanced microcomputer protection device, which have some functions of measuring,controlling,protecting and so on.therefore,this device improves the system's realibility greatly.It adopts typital hierarchical distributed system structure to take place of relay protection screen,RTU screen and central signal system composed of plenty of single components.The level of automation is enhanced obviously.
