Warhead separation technology will be extensively adopted in all kinds of anti-explosive reactive armor warhead, and has a good application in future. Through theory analysis,numerical simulation and experimentation, this paper analyzes and dose research on warhead separation technology on the condition of movement, experiment data and theoretical basis can be afforded for future design of separation warhead. Following content are included in this paper:1.On the basis of systemic analysis of domestic and overseas antitank warhead, this paper introduces a new separation armor penetration warhead technology, setting up the theoretical model for penetration schedule condition of separation warhead, obtaining the matching relation between detection distance of detecting device,separation time and separation velocity of sub-missile on diversified condition.2.Researching on cut and separation device with high-low speediness burning, setting up the internal ballistic trajectory equation on the condition of movement by classical internal ballistic trajectory theoretic, obtaining the matching relation between thickness of shear annulus,quality of powder and separation velocity of small ammunition and separation time of small ammunition. According to theory analysis and domestic and overseas existing ignition way and powder kind, designing different projects of ignition and powder, obtaining separation time under different ignition. Theoretical basis can be afforded for future design of small ammunition separation machine.3.Setting up the theoretical model for separation ballistic matching condition of separation warhead, obtaining the matching relation between detection distance of detecting device,separation time of small ammunition,velocity and attack angle of carrier on diversified condition. The theoretical analysis indicates that velocity and attack angle of carrier at the small ammunition separation time must get shorter.4.Setting up the calculation model of small ammunition stability storage volume and aerodynamic force and moment for given warhead, obtaining sharp of small ammunition warhead,size of span and chord length and attack angle of small ammunition and so on. Blow down test indicate that theoretical analysis is consistent with test result. At last, this paper concludes all conclusions which are obtained by researching, and analyzes the problem in the researching, bring forward direction and emphases of research in future.
