This paper, based on important advance research item, analyzes dynamic characteristics of the driving mechanism of an external energy automatic machine which is mainly driven by crossed cam. Crossed cam is a cam whose contours of their own cross. In our country crossed cam automatic machine has not yet been widely used, and its domestic research is not fully. So this paper main completed the following tasks:At present, external energy automatic machine equipment at home and abroad mainly are rotating-tube automatic machine and chain-automatic machine. The external rotating-tube automatic machine have high firing rate, mainly used for aerial cannon, short-range defense guns and ground anti-aircraft artillery to interceptor high-speed moving targets in the short-range; Chain-automatic's firing rate is not high, but It have good shooting accuracy, mainly use for automotive automatic guns; Cam drive, external energy automatic machine is a new type of external energy automatic machine, its features is similar with chain-automatic machine: high-precision and firing rate low. But compared with chain-automatic machine, the cycle of the cam-driven automatic machine can be more free arrangements, so its movement can be more flexible and smaller impact.Crossed cam automatic machine is a new style automatic machine. This paper take the crossed cam of it as object of study, and analyzed its working principle and recycling map, and the crossed cam's use in the course of the entire work of it, determined the Cam ideal profile curve in accordance with the requirements .With the envelope method, theoretical formulas of this new special cam space have been derived, including formulas for the actual cam profile equation, pressure angle, normal curvature, speed ratio, and so on. Dynamics simulations were carried by based on the entity dynamics simulation's model and mathematics programming method model building, under different parameter condition dynamics characteristic.
