| High-speed rotation testing-bed is designed for Extended range solid propellant rocket motor of compound extended range by base bleed and rocket projectile. The operating performance will be greatly affected, when extended range solid propellant rocket motor is in rotation with high speed. The pressure-time curve and temperature-time curve produced by the effect of high-speed rotation are obviously different from what being in static state. There are still many difficulties in operation parameter checkout of solid propellant rocket motor in high-speed rotation at the present time. For example, the pressure is gained by the formulation of propelling force which is measured ahead of schedule, but the temperature can't be precisely measured in time. Therefore, the study of pressure and temperature measuring method of solid propellant rocket motor in high-speed rotation is worthy.In order to solve above problems, a Pressure and Temperature Instrument (PTI) for testing counter in high-speed rotation is designed in this paper.Firstly combined the introduction of the investigation background, domestic and outside development and relative acknowledge, a piece of feasible technical proposal is designed. Secondly product appearance design and circuit principle are expatiated, several circuits are designed, such as pressure and temperature sample signal circuit, A/D transmission circuit, data storage circuit, PC communication circuit and the corresponding software programming. The design managed PCI bus and series communication. In order to reduce circuit power loss and instrument bulk, SMD is adopted.Various experiments have been done with PTI in different condition and different rotational speed. The results presented that PTI designed in this paper is practical, convenient, reliable and applicable. |
