| Spectra methods have been widely used in many fields, in which principles of the optics are utilized to measure and analyze the structure and constitution of the measured object. Recently, with the development of the environmental monitoring, biomedicine, agriculture science, military analysis, and industrial flow process monitoring etc, microminiaturization is required for the analytic instrument. The optic system as a key component in the micro spectrometer has immediate influence over imaging quality and utilization ratio of the energy of light, and is the pacing facto in the micro spectrometer performance. It is important to study on the optical system design.This paper has mainly done the following several aspect work:(1)Investigating and studying thoroughly the domestic and foreign miniature spectrum examination technology research present situation and in the trend of development foundation, summarizes characteristic which and research significance the micro spectrometer develops.(2) Studied spectroscope's basic structure and the principal characteristic and the plane diffraction grating principle, the analysis has compared several kind of commonly used plane diffraction grating system's good and bad points(3) In the analysis quite typical spectroscope's foundation, according to the aberration allowance request, proposed the foldaway Czerny-Turner installment pattern small spectroscope's gross structure, has carried on the design with the optical design software ZEMAX software to this spectroscope objective lens, has analyzed the aberration to the spectroscope the influence.(4) Analyzed the spectrum instrument resolution and each kind of design parameter relations, has inferred the resolution the formula which relates with each kind of parameter, and discussed the resolution each kind of parameter influence... |
