In workover process for oil field, if the workover fluid position cannot be monitored promptly and controled in advance. possibly there will be some destructive situation, For instance the liquid overflow causes the pollution to the well environment and nearby farmland, also for instance because the pressure changes not stably in the well, the liquid spouts, even blowouts, in addition the lost circulation cannot be known in advance, therefore monitoring the fluid position is important. In the monitoring process, the Occurrence Dissemination Receive Processes and so on processing to the signal needs to be research.The signal acoustic sound source development is the first step to overall system project. The signal acoustic sound source is an electroacoustic device which under the special environment uses and for special-purpose. This paper is launches based on such backgroundThe paper mainly carries on the design and the research to the fluid position supervisory system acoustic source part,and carries on the thorough design and the research specially to the magnetic circuit system, which is the acoustic source most essential part. Designs a high acoustic pressure level magnetic circuit system.The paper utilized the electroacoustics, magnetism, mechanical vibration as well as the electronic audio frequency technology, the electroacoustical analogy method and the finite element analytic method, used magnetic field finite element analysis software FEMM to complete following research work:First, according to the electroacoustics correlation theories, the acoustic source electroacoustical analogy parameter model is established, which is carried on the qualitative analysis. The acoustic pressure level, the accoustical power rate formula is inferred, in particular magnetic parameter relations; Then, a digitally controlled low frequency drive signal unit is designed, which is the signal warehouse to the acoustic source. The digital audio frequency recording and sending out technology plan was proposed,which may realize the multistage to save, with provides many and varied experimental signal form; Embarks from the Maxwell electromagnetic field system of equations, magnetic circuit design some formulas are inferred, and the example computation analysis is carried on.To the magnetic circuit system, the theoretical analysis and the numerical simulation is studied, use tradition method and finite element method.The reasonable magnetic circuit system design plan was proposed; The magnetic circuit structure and material are carried on the optimized design, using the FEMM software. Many kinds of factors which influence magnetic circuit were considered. The mass datas and the curve has been obtained, and the reasonable magnetic circuit structure is given,The computed result has provided the foundation data to topic-based group's research; Finally the acoustic source's other correlation part narrates,and the acoustic source's whole test result is expressed.Presently, the compressed gas spraying sound is used mainly in the oil field to the sound fixing aids. We study the signal acoustic source,which is adopts the use of low frequency high acoustic pressure level and the digitally controlled electroacoustics transduction acoustic source. It is a new attempt in oil field project practice.
