The experimental rig of the new type vehicle with electronic and hydraulic driving is considered as the accessorial tool and validating means of the basic experimental equipment and dynamic, simulation modeling. It is mainly used in such experiments as the experiments which are to study the dynamic quality of this novel vehicle and its controlling in the laboratory condition or in those experiments which are to study the dynamic quality of other traditional systems if this rig has been partly refit. In this thesis, the author introduces the kernel of VI technology into the testing-controlling system of the novel vehicle with electronic and hydraulic driving, organizes and explores the testing-controlling software of the rig by means of graphic programming language Lab VIEW, which has realized automatic testing and controlling of the whole experimental rig.The main research work of this thesis is as follows:(1) The testing-controlling system will be improved and perfected further: be divided the whole testing process into three steps: testing preparation, system testing and data process; adopting the modularization idea to divide the system testing phases into four testing modules—gear curve testing, stable speed controlling testing, manual controlling testing and accelerograph controlling testing—for software organizing and present the function principles for each module;(2)The hardware of the experimental rig will be developed further: mainly adding the simulation drive mode, that is to add the mechanizing accelerator pedal to control at real time for the testing process; studying and groping for the controlling mode of the High-speed ON/OFF Valve in the rig;(3)To use the graphic programming language Lab VIEW to finish the design and organization of the testing-controlling system software of the rig; studying the anti-disturbance technology in the process of the software organization, making analysis and processing towards testing data;(4)On the basis of the experiment,software and hardware of the rig debugged according to the operation criterion and the reliability analysis on the testing-controlling software validated, the standard requirement of the project, through many experiments, is achieved and some achievements are made.The system interface is friendly and easy to operate. After debugged, the system has been proved to be higher autoimmunization and stronger practicability by the experiment.
