Power plant is the place where the boiler transfers the energy coming from burning into the energy used in forcing steamer. So the burning system is very important for power plant to run. Optimizing the burning system is quite complex. It refers to steam pressure system, burning rate system and so on.This paper analyses the structure and constitutes of traditional burning system and points out the limitation and bugs. On the basis of the analysis , the paper puts forward some measurements to optimize them. Contraposing the difficulty in measuring the proportion between coal and air, the paper studies GA link with BP neural network to find the best proportion between coal and air. The simulation shows that the arithmetic can conquer the difficulty in deciding the proportion between coal and air, with great use and good foreground.
