Self-propelled gun is a higher degree of automation of complex weapons systems. the core of the technical support is equipment performance testing and fault diagnosis, and fault forecast is an effective means to improve the ability to maintain and repair the equipment. This paper combines with the military training and arms by the General Staff Department issued the"11th Five-Year Plan" key scientific research projects, take some self-propelled artillery as the research object, and based on the intelligence fuzzy logic diagnosis theory and the reliability engineering failure forecast technology, in carries on the analysis to self-propelled gun fault pattern and the hazardous nature in the foundation, has conducted the system research to the fault diagnosis and the forecast theory and the application, has established the fault diagnosis and the forecast model, finally develops the corresponding multi-purpose equipment synthesis management software system, has provided the theory and the software support for the organizational equipment safeguard system transformation.The main contents involved in this paper are as follows:1. In-depth study on self-propelled gun fault law, statistical analysis of failure data and fault information, Separately carries on the fault pattern and the subsystem failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) to self-propelled gun various subsystems, verifies the fault mechanism, the explicit fault relations.2. Fuzzy logic theory is introduced to the self-propelled gun subsystems targeted at the fault diagnosis. Fuzzy logic of the establishment of diagnostic matrix; Weighted statistical method used to determine the fault symptom of the corresponding membership; Fuzzy diagnosis established a mathematical model of the design objects diagnostic strategies in the diagnosis and procedures.3. Based on the reliability engineering techniques to establish fault forecast model theory and method. Analysis of self-propelled gun common type of fault distribution; Establish fault forecast model; and determine fault forecast methods and strategies.4.Establish self-propelled gun intelligence equipment management comprehensive software system. Finally, verification, respectively fault diaguosis and fault prediction of the outcome. This system tightly pasted the army requests, to cause the fault diagnosis and the forecast technology has realized the practical application, has provided the effective tool and the method for the equipment safeguard system reform.
