The cruising missile is a sort of ammunition that can cruise round above the areaof the target. It can accomplish many tasks, such as surveillance, reconnaissance, theevaluation of battle damage, wireless relay in the air, attack target and so on. Itsmultitudinous merits will cause it to become an important tendency in the field ofammunition's future. This paper uses the GPS technique and in view of the theory ofmissile's control and guide, mainly research the control system for the cruisingmissile. Firstly, the principle of the GPS and dynamic positioning technique aredetailedly expatiated. Through the programming, we obtain the navigation data. Thus,the theory of kalman filter can be used to process them. So it heighten the accuracy.Secondly, according to the theory of control system, the controlling way is confirmed.Then, we analyse the dynamic characters of the cruising missile. The emphasis isbuilding the model of the control system, the MATLAB software tool is used todesign and simulate the model, and it proves that the model is fit for the request andperformance. At last, we design software and hardware of the control system in themass. So the whole system has been finished.
