| Plasterboard which is used as a new kind of green building material is getting widespread expansion application now. Maintain and drying is an important technique in produce process. Using feasible maintain and drying method can not only increase productivity, but also improve the intensity of the plasterboard. However, there is little research in this field.The paper firstly introduces the source, significance and the research status of the thesis both home and abroad. It indicates that developing the technology of plasterboard maintain and drying method is an urgent need now.Based on the techniques of maintain and drying, and take the maintain equipment as antetype, which produced by Guiyi company in Changsha city, the paper establishes a 2-dimensional model which using air as heating fluid in the maintain room. Through the discussion of different heat methods, it provided the theories support for the design of the equipment.The numerical simulation was conducted to get the temperature field of plasterboard. Through the discussion, it provided the theories support for the design of the equipment.The thesis gives a brief introduction to the drying process. According to the data based on the experiment, the drying velocity curves is proposed.The influences made by different factors such as temperature and air flow are also given in the paper. Meanwhile, specific analysis of the data is made. |
