Development of diesel concerns greatly with energy and environment problems, which are major factors on influencing our country's economic sustainable development. One of the effective solutions to the above problem is exploring fuel ethanol and doing research on hydrous ethanol/diesel blend technology to realize high efficiency and low polluting combustion process.This article takes the 4100QBZ turbo-charged diesel engine as the research type, using "the technology of fluid strength vibration emulsification", has conducted the experimental study in the plateau area which the ethyl alcohol/diesel oil mixes burns; under different pressure of atmospheric environment, Decided the ethyl alcohol by the different operating mode under to mix compared to, has carried on the analysis explanation of diesel engine performance and the emissions which under two ways to mix to the ethyl alcohol/diesel oil burns , Decides the ethyl alcohol by the different operating mode under to mix the ratio and the same operating mode under changes the ethyl alcohol to mix the ratio: In summary and induction ethyl alcohol, under diesel oil physical-chemical properties and different ethyl alcohol proportion in ethyl alcohol/diesel oil blended fuel physics and chemistry nature foundation, According to test result Utilized the artificial neural networks theory to establish the E15 burning effect mathematical model, has pointed out the influence of ethyl alcohol physics chemical properties confront diesel engine combustion effect.The experimental result indicated that under the different atmospheric pressure, different ethanol mixes burning proportion the equivalent fuel oil consumption rate averagely surpasses originally machine, when the barometric pressure is lower than 90kPa, barometric pressure rise is obvious to the equivalent fuel oil consumption rate improvement; The 90~100kPa each emissions parameter surpasses 81~90kPa.At 81KPa,along with engine speed, load dropping and mixes proportion increasing , HC and the CO obvious rise, After the barometric pressure is bigger than 90kPa,along with engine speed, load dropping and mixes proportion increasing, HC and the CO are not obvious influenced, in the big load operating mode, CO emissions averagely surpasses originally machine. The influence of atmospheric pressure and the change of mixes is not bigger than to the NOx emissions, majority of operating mode NOx compared to original machine has the small scale to drop; when the atmospheric pressure is lower than 90kPa mixes burns the ethyl alcohol to fall the low-carbon smoke emissions to have the remarkable influence, when it is bigger than 90kPa the influence to fall the low-carbon smoke emissions is weaken, The carbon smoke emissions assumes the obvious drop tendency along with mixes the enhancement, the diesel engine the burning effect connection analysis of utilizes the grey system theory and the artificial neural networks method mixes to the ethyl alcohol/diesel oil burns indicate that, Through comparison, the computed result and the test result have the uniformity.
