Construction quality accidents bring great loss to national property, and endanger people's lives. The causation of construction quality accidents and reinforced ways were studied and analyzed comprehensively and systematically by certain measures and means. The economic and appropriate disposal notions and suggestions that can ensure every prospective functional requirements of the structure were put forward. They are feasible methods that can cut down loss on property destroyed and reduce the waste of resource. They are inevitable consequences brought about by technology advancement, and are new research subjects and new directions that engineers should study and explore ceaselessly.The thesis introduced classification, features and fundamental disposal procedure of the construction quality accidents, including the basic principles, methods and significance of engineering reinforcement. Basic ways of structure detection and notion of pre-stress were also introduced in this paper. The primary reason of quality accidents brought about by unreasonable preparation of high strength concrete was analyzed. The inner stress of pre-stressed concrete mansard roof trass was computed by computer and analyzed. The strength, crack and durability of the roof trass' member bars were estimated synthetically. Rational disposal ways and suggestions were put forward. The expected functional requirements of the structure were achieved by economic method. The startup time was brought forward. Economic losses and waste of resource were cut down. The scheme has good economic performance and social benefits in the construction quality accidents now.Basic assumed ways when computing the inner stress of the pre-stressed concrete mansard roof trass' member bars was obtained by comparing the inner force analysis with the result of computer analogue.
