PMSM has been applied to the occasions that require high precision of control andhigh reliability far and wide and it plays an important part in Ac motors in modern times.As the kernel device of control system, PLC is widely used in modern industrialproduction and does well in this field. In this paper, a PMSM turn-table servo system andPLC automatic loader system are studied by means of system design, academic analysisand computer simulation.This paper puts forward a PMSM turn-table servo system based on the structure ofIPC and motion control card. The system reliability is improved evidently, using thisstructure, which has the strong ability of logical judgment and information treatment. Thehardware design and software implement is detailed introduced.The simulate model of PMSM servo system is built with Matlab/Simulink by usingrotor position oriented control scheme of Vector control in this paper. The simulation isdone with the PID and feed forward control.Aimed at the disadvantage of general PID control, a general sliding mode speedcontroller based on equivalent control is designed in this paper, and Some methods ofdecreasing chattering is used in the system simulation. The results show that the systemhas good robustness to load disturbance and parameters change.With the combination of the merits of SMC and neural network control, this paperdesigns the sliding mode position controller based on RBF network. The simulation resultsshow that this controller can effectively decrease chattering, has very good robustness toload disturbance and parameters change and attains wonderful position precision andtracking precision.Finally, the structure and principle of automatic loader system is introduced and thePLC program of electric control system is designed. Then this paper puts forward aautomation scheme and the test shows its feasibility.
