| The coordinate of the bullet point of fall is an important parameter in the scientific research and training, and is an indispensable index in the weapon system appraisal. According to the aerodynamics principle, it will come into being the coniform shock waves in the warhead when the ultrasonic bullet flies in the atmosphere. Basing on the shock waves principle, this thesis designs the automatic testing system of the bullet point of fall.The thesis brings forward the designing scheme of the system, presents the composing figure of the testing system, analyses the embattle method of the sensors array, discusses the math model of the bullet coordinate and lueubrates the calculation method of the coordinate. The thesis analyses and chooses the sensor, brings forward the data collection scheme of the system, and according to the requirement of the system, the system chooses the advantageous sensors with high dependability and high quality-value ratio, the machine-box which is based on the PXI, the controller and the data collecting module, completes the configure of the hardware. Use LabVIEW to design the software, and the software system has the function of parameters setting, waveform display, data processing and so on.The system has been used to test the bullet's point of fall. The measurement result shows that the self-motion test system of the bullet's point of fall satisfies the anticipative demand, the hardware's foundation is logical with high quality-value rate, the software has the favorable man-machine interface and accords with the habit of the operation personnel. |
