Kinematics and kinetics of four-bar mechanism of doble cavity jaw crushers are alalysed in this paper. By alalysis of kinematics, motion locus, horizontal and vertical distance and characteristic value of moving jaw of doble cavity jaw crushers are determined. Though alalysis of kinetics, reaction of supports for each kinematic pair of four-bar mechanism is defined specially reaction of supports of rack. Thus changing law of vibrational force of rack is found out. It provide theoretical basis for kinetic parameter of crusher such as mechanical back balance.Kinematic equation of double cavity jaw crushers is established and kinetic and mathematical model of it are defined in this paper. Displace, velocity, acceleration of moving jaw and reaction of supports of rack are calculated theoretically employing Matlab software. From deta of calculation, motion of each point of moving jaw of this crusher conforms to demand of design. Then model of motion work of double cavity jaw crushers isestablished in the surrounding of ADAMS-----dynamical analysis software.Kinematics and kinetics of crushers are simulated by this software. The analysis expresses that simulated result and theoretical arithmetic result are mainly uniform. Simulated analysis proves correctness of theoretical research: very large vibrational force existes in double cavity jaw crushers. In the end optimal balance method of vibrational force is put forward in view of vibrational force of rack. And vibrational force of rack is balanced majorizedly employing optimal function of Matlab software. By optimal balance, vibrational force of rack descends 90% compared with result befor optimation. Amplitude of vibration is 5% before balance.This research is very important of improving service performance of whole machine, operational reliability and age of it. And it has very good directive function for designing new enegy saving high efficency crushers.
