| Multi-motor control is applied in industrial field more and more widely, and the desireof the control is higher and higher, Such as printing and paper-making facility, shipelevator, pringting and dyeing facility and steel rolling. In order to obtain smooth process,we must ensure synchronization between each motor. The performance of synchronizationhas direct impaction on the quality of the production, so research on the SynchronizedControl Multi-motor System deeply is of great importance.To realize multi-motor control effectively, PC is used as the control host computer,and the function of CAN bus physics layer and datum chain layer is realized by CAN businterface card. The host node consists of PC and CAN bus interface card. The motorcontroller based on TMS320LF2407A is used as the slave node. The host node sendscontrol order to the slave node, which controls the motor according to the order, the stateof the motor is sent to the host node and the slave node at the same time. VC language isapplied in the software design of the network system. The man-machine interface whichmakes users convenient is also designed. The design makes full use of the effective andreal-time characteristics of CAN bus and the powerful operation ability and the abundantresources of TMS320LF2407A, combined with my own control strategy, eventuallyrealizes the function of controlling and monitoring multi-motor. The results of experimentshow the reliability and validity of the system. |
