As mechanical drive equipment, motor has been playing a very important role. Currently, the trend of motor control is AC, networked and intelligent. The purpose of motor control with network is to meet the objective needs of complex and remote control systems. The research depends on the three-layer network platforms of Rockwell Automation laboratory in China Jiliang University. The motor control system based on Rockwell three-layer network is completed.First, system design and construction. After choosing suitable device, familiar with it, the motor network control system is constructed in which ControlLogix is as center, DeviceNet is as link, ControlLogix 5555 PLC is as controller, the three-phase asynchronous motor speed is as control object, Powerflex 40 transducer is as implement unit, photoelectric encoder and MicroLogix 1000 PLC is as sensor unit, magnetic particle clutch is as additional load and the PC on EtherNet and PanelView Plus 700 touch screen on ControlNet is as remote humen-machine interface monitor.The realization of inter-network communications between equipments. For the control data transmission and exchange through network, RSLinx software is used for communications channel establish, RSNetworx software is used for ControlNet and DevieceNet configuration and deployment, RSLogix 500 and 5000 software are used for controller logic program, RSView32 and RSView Studio software are used for human-machine interface design. Then, each equipment can communicate with each other between different networks.The design of system mathematical model and the achievement of control algorithm. Based on the analysis of the transducer motor's speed-frequency principle, the motor speed control system network model is concluded by considing the network delay factors on DeviceNet. Comparing the simulation results with the actual results, validity of the model is proved in the paper. For achieving the precision of the motorspeed control, three control algorithm——PID control, Fuzzy Control and Fuzzy-PIDcomposite control are adopted. Under the help of MATLAB Simulink tool, suitable parameters are chosen and the good control performance is achieved. Three control algorithms also have been analyzed on the dynamic and steady performance. The motor network control system is realized successfully in the paper. It is flexible and easy to be expanded and transformed, which can be widely applied to actual industrial occasions to solve many problems. It is good valuable.The innovation of this paper is three-layer network, intelligent control algorithm applied to the network control system and network delay.
