Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR), As a new highway nondestructive testing technology, with fast, noninvasive, high efficiency, low-cost and high-resolution imaging advantages, which has been widely used. In practical application, the GPR signaltaken by the rush often include many or mutation of the non-stationary components, and the noise is not necessarily a smooth white noise.
