| Spectroscopy can find out the structure and character of substances by interaction between light and substances. It can diagnose diseases in molecule and cell level from the changes of tissues, body fluids and cells.Leukemia is a kind of tumor in blood , it is characterized by a large number of immature cells (blasts) in the blood .Now , it can be diagnosed by checking blood and marrow , but it can bring patient so much pain . In the forepart of some Al , there are no previous changes in blood and marrow , but it is exceptional in blood . In this period , it is can not be found out .In the present work, changes from spectrum that occurred in the plasma, blood and marrow of patient suffering from leukemia were investigated. This thesis includes four parts, and some important conclusions are drawn:We measured the UV-absorption spectrum of plasma obtained from patients suffering from leukemia. The results indicate that relative intensity ratio of I279/I253 and A272/A254 can be used to discriminate leukemia patient from normal .It is because there are differences in protein metabolizing.The result of pursuing investigation of the plasma spectrum obtained from patients suffering from leukemia indicates that the change trend of relative intensity ratio of I279/I253 and A272/A254 are similar in the same person , the max of relative intensity ratio of I279/I253 and A272/A254 and the min are in the same day respectively .There is good relativity between the changes in the two parameters and the clinical reports . It indicates that the two parameters are important to the biochemical examination of patient in chemotherapy.The differences of relative intensity ratio of I275/I541 I541/I576, I275/I559, I275/I369 and I344/I574 of the blood obtained from normal person and patients suffering from leukemia indicate that there are differences between them .And compared to the absorption peak in 279nm of the plasma , the absorption peak in 275nm of the blood is blood-shifted.The Raman spectroscopic study on the leukemia marrow shows that peaks at 1620cm-1 and 1005cm-1 are blue-shifted and the relative intensity ratio of I1088/I1562 I1271/I1173 and I1621/I1562 can also be used to discriminate leukemia from normal .The cells of leukemia contain higher DNA than normal .Compared to the normal cells, the cells of leukemia have different quantity and structure in protein DNA and lipid. |
