With the ability and task of modern Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) increased more and more, the Flight Control System becomes more and more complex, thus bring the work of reliable test to be tedious and time-consuming. To alleviate this problem, the article gives the research process of the Automated Integrated Test Facility aiming to the complex flight control system of an Unmanned Verified Vehicle. Base the analysis of the Unmanned Verified Vehicle's Flight Control System, this article gives the total design of Integrated Test Facility, and then base the total design, gives the realization of system's Hardware and software, finally, gives parts of test results that uses Integrated Test Facility to do Hardware-In-The-Loop simulation.Firstly, this article gives system hardware's selection and structure of ITF, and then gives the realization of system's software: Firstly, using the thought of module design, the article gives the realization process of system upper software's function module, including module of person-to-machine,module of operating data,module of rudder testing, module of power supervision, Secondly, using RTX to develop cards' Real-time driver, gives the realization process of system's under software. Because of RTX's Real-time expand technique aiming to Windows, when process testing, the data collection expresses Real-time and accuracy, thus solves the problem that the testing complex takes up system's resource. Lastly, this article solves the problem of Interactive Process Communication (IPC) between upper and under software.This Integrated Test Facility has well compatible and maintainable, in the process of ground Hardware-In-The-Loop simulation experiment, it has got well verified, and given Powerful assurance for the reliable verification of Flight Control Computer, at the same time, it obviously decreases testing person's consumption of strength and time.
