Computer-aided Aircraft Coordinate Graphic Design Technology Research

Considered that the design of the coordinate chart is related to many factors such as design drawings, production patterns, technology level and so on, it is difficult and cumbersome to design the coordinate chart. The case-based method can improve design efficiency. But in new aircraft designs, it may be not able to find the similar examples. Knowledge-based design methods can be used to solve this problem, but the design efficiency will decline, and the requirements of the designers will be higher. How quickly and effectively to design coordinate charts is the main content of this paper. This paper puts forward a way of the combination of case-based reasoning and knowledge-based leading to design the coordinate chart, and makes study for any key technology in it. The main contents are as following:①It make the design work easy that predigesting and decomposing traditional design process. It is introduced that how to the way of the combination of case-based reasoning and knowledge-based leading to design the coordinate chart.②It is introduced that how to organize and express the knowledge of the coordinate charts by the object-oriented methods, to search the coordinate charts from the database of the Examples by the methods of similarity-based reasoning, and to modify the result of the Searching and use it again.③It summarizes the rules of choosing the process equipments, and built the knowledge base to Support the coordination chart design. It classifies the graphics of the coordinate chart, and automatic draw the coordinate chart by defining fixed graphics.Based of the key technology in this paper, combining the actual circs of some Aviation Industry Group, a system of computer-aided coordinate chart design has been completed. It effectively supports the design of the coordinate charts.
