Survivability is one of the most important qualifications of aircraft design, is the important factor affecting the outcome of future wars. Vulnerability is one primary part of survivability. Raising survivability is based on vulnerability and vulnerability reduction design.The existing vulnerability assessment system also has some problems: not considering obstructive effect of fluid (in gasoline tank of aircraft); fragments of missiles' asymmetric distributing; kill responses when the material of aircraft components is titanium or steel etc. Through the analysis of the problems, the system is improved. By the system ameliorated calculate the vulnerability of UlltRAevo UAV, and proceed vulnerability reduction design.The main contents are as follows:1. Make the fragments' asymmetric distributing to some symmetrical parts, then based on the result of every part get the final result of vulnerability calculate.2. Due to the equation of lose of velocity through fluid, get the obstructive effect when fragments get across fluid.3. Due to JTCG/ME equation, according to the result of kill response when the material of aircraft components is aluminum, add the parameters of titanium and steel.4. Using the software ameliorated calculate the vulnerability of UlltRAevo UAV, and perform the vulnerability reduction of the UAV. |
