With the development of avionic technique, the integrated avionic system has the characteristics of high integration, complicated interconnection and difficult trouble-shooting. The ground joint testing before installation of the equipments is an effective way to solve the problem. The atmosphere simulation device is an important part of the ground testing. Usually, the atmosphere environment simulation equipment is either a static and total pressure simulation device by standard pressure equipment or a computer simulated stimulator. The computer simulated stimulator has the advantages of low cost, rapid dynamic response and convenient interconnection with the flight envelope system. Depend on the requirement of system testing, the ground stimulating system of the ADC (Atmosphere Data Computer) is designed and developed. The main works are as follows:Structural and operational principles of the ADC are investigated, and the electrical characteristics of the ADC interfaces are analyzed. Based on the working principle of ADC sensors, the calculation model of ADC sensor is set up. The hardware design of the controllable simulated temperature sensor, the self-test circuit, discrete signal interface and the switching circuit of the ADC ground stimulating system is completed, according to the operational principle and the electrical interface characteristics of the ADC. The system hardware is developed by industrial control PC, interface card and specially designed circuit card, the stimulating system software, the self-test codes, the communication software module in network environment and the application software of the stimulator are developed in LabWindows/CVI platform.Finally, the accuracy and practical value of the designed is verified by the simulation testing. The results are consistent with the design requirements. The error analysis of the stimulator is proposed.
